A nested virtualization system for multi-micro-vm communications.
Here's what I am working on... I am working on a contained cloud-compute distribution system.
Here's the goal basically... A VM (with virtualization) / Bare-Metal Machine where we can spawn micro-vms using firecracker. But... there's one problem with it...
Firecracker doesn't have any management system.
Create a machine... and remember everything about it. Firecracker won't do it for you!
So, I am building a system in python that:
- Handles the registry of all the machines
- Eases the micro-VM deployments
- Eases management of micro-VMs
- Enables a private-network based comms. system for external access.
- maybe SSH over sockets? But how will I enable a Private IP to connect to a public IP without granting user access to the private network? Aaahhh... the networking hell... I am not really a networks guy :)
